Smiling Wolf
Engagement is often seen as a hurdle to be cleared, rather than an opportunity not to be missed. And for the communities being engaged it can feel like yet more talk, rather than an opportunity to be heard or an invitation to get involved. At Port Loop we thought we would do something uncalled for, a manifesto for a future neighbourhood that sets out development principles and encourages others in community action and local enterprise.
